NG SCOUT can also be used to created map-based plans for any area of a wildland or metro jurisdiction. For more information and NG SCOUT training registration, follow this link.

Cal OES Emergency Management System (Cal EOC)

Cal EOC is a comprehensive emergency management and daily operations software designed to help agencies and organizations maintain a common operating picture during an incident. Cal EOC boards are set to be phased out or integrated into Engage by January 2025.

Engage Resource Request System (RRS)

The RRS is part of the Salesforce Engage platform, providing a connection from our Operational Areas through Regional and State Headquarters Support for creating missions, and adding State agency support to fulfill mission tasking requirements. The new RRS documentation system increases transparency, communication, and reporting with our stakeholders. The new system also provides clarity to mission resource details and facilitate cost recovery. The RRS is Internet-based and is offered at no cost.
