Logistics Management

Logistics is a critical piece of both preparedness for and response to disasters. Logistics Management focuses on managing and coordinating resources to support government and private sector operations. We maintain mission-critical operations after an emergency by providing the logistical planning, synchronization, accountability, and delivery of resources needed to support California’s catastrophic disaster plans.
